A new web site with a touch of Aegean feel was created by the Center for Business & Technological Development of South Aegean. The purpose of this site is the utilization of Aegean food and drinking tradition which in turn is believed to result in development of both business activities and tourist exposure.
Although this new portal www.aegeancuisine.gr is in its yet experimental stage, it is however considered being a great informative and photographic tool regarding the Aegean taste and products.
In www.aegeancuisine.gr one can find local recipes, a glossary containing the clarification on local names, as well as information on a wide array of celebrations and traditional banquets that take place in the islands of the Northern Aegean. Great importance is also given to the detailed registration and description of products that are produced in then N. Aegean islands.
