Shipping

We ship everywhere in the world! Some items in our e-shop have restrictions when imported to some countries, if you are not certain contact us! If you have already placed your order and we are not able to ship it, or part of it, to you, we will be in touch with you.

Shipping is FREE for orders delivered to Santorini and 3.5 euros for orders shipped to Greece. For orders sent to the rest of the world, shipping cost will depend on the total weight of the items you purchase and the country of delivery. The total cost will be shown in your checkout, and will automatically add up to the total cost of your order. You may check your shipping costs using the special box below your shopping cart by providing your destination.

There is no shipping fee for the subscription boxes! No matter where you are in the world you may enjoy a subscription with us without needing to worry about shipping charges!

We try to ship all orders within 2 working days! For delivery, please allow 5-20 days – depending on the country and the delivery method. Some delays in delivery may occur in very busy periods like Christmas or Black Friday or due to COVID-19 related delays. This is out of our control but we do provide tracking information and are happy to assist in any way possible!

No, different customs apply to different countries for different items and we are not able to track the changes automatically all over the world. If you are not sure whether you are allowed to order something from abroad without import fees please contact your customs office.

For address changes please contact us before we ship your order. If you wish to change the shipping address after shipping, additional charges and delays will apply.
Tip: Carefully enter the shipping address of your choice as changes may create complications.

We ship with courier or post office depending on your location, the items order and total weight. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a web address and a tracking number so that you can locate your parcel at any time!

Subscription Boxes

Yes! You may enjoy a subscription from everywhere in the world!

There is no shipping fee for the subscription boxes! No matter where you are in the world you may enjoy a subscription with us without needing to worry about shipping charges!

As soon as you subscribe we start packing and ship your first box within a few days! The next boxes will be shipped within the first 7 days of each month.

We will ship to you the box of the current month. If you prefer to wait until the box of the following month let us know! For early subscribers this April, your first box will be the box of May, shipped in the first week of May!

Your initial charge will be immediately with your first order. Future payments will be charged on the same date every month, or once every 3 or 6 months depending on your subscription plan.

For example, if you were to order your monthly subscription on May 15th, your next charge would be on the 15th of every following (chargeable) month going forward.

If you have presubscribed for a later month box, we will move your next payment to the beginning of the new billing period.

For example, if you were to order your monthly subscription during April for the May boxes, your next charge after the first would be on the 1st of every following (chargeable) month going forward.

No, each month we only ship the box of the current month.

We only offer recurring subscriptions at the moment. You may cancel any time within your current subscription period, you will not be charged for a renewal.

Our planning entirely depends on the active subscriptions. We are not able to refund after a charge has been made. If you do not want to receive your new boxes, you may either pause your subscription and re-activate it at a later time, or change the delivery address to gift the subscription to a loved one!

In the case an item comes damaged or is missing, please contact our customer support team along with a picture of the damaged item and we’d be happy to resolve your request. Validity of a damaged item will be at the discretion of the support agent.

Any damages to the boxes or the packaging of a product will not qualify for replacement if the content is undamaged.
Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your box. Replacement items will be shipped out in the next shipment once confirmed by the support agent.

We do offer promotional boxes for review, but they are limited to a certain number that we can send out, monthly.
If you are interested in sharing our product with the world, please contact our support.

Please include the name of your blog, monthly statistics and other information that could help us make a decision. Please make sure you meet the following requirements:

  • Your site or channel is related to Greek culture, to food or subscription boxes.
  • Your site or channel is established and has consistent views online (unfortunately we cannot work with brand new accounts).
  • You are able to verify that you are the owner of the site or channel, either by email from a certifiable email address or messaging directly from your twitter, facebook or youtube account.
