- You may place your orders as a guest or as a registered user. Registering will enable you to check-out quickly without needing to write every single contact detail each time you proceed to checkout. - Your package will be delivered by registered post (Hellenic Post) or United Parcel Service (UPS) to the address you choose in your checkout. You also have the “local pickup” option which is free of charge in case you are on the island and can come over to pick up your purchases.
- Please allow 2 working days for shipping and 5-20 days for delivery – depending on the country and the delivery method.
- Shipping cost will depend on the total weight of the items you purchase and the country of delivery. The total cost will be shown in your checkout, and will automatically add up to the total cost of your order. You may check your shipping costs using the special box below your shopping cart by providing your destination.

- We can ship the package to about everywhere. For food and wine being sent outside the EU there might be a slight delay to the time of delivery. Do not worry though, once an order is shipped, a tracking number is emailed to you, and you can check the status of your package.

- All returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days after the package is delivered successfully. For return/exchange, products must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box they came with without any tape or marks on the box. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, stating your order number and the products you want to return/exchange. We will send you the details on how to send the products back for refund or exchange, usually within 24-48 hours. Returns and exchanges packages sending back to our Eshop must be postmarked within 7 days from the date when your request has been approved. Buyer pays for shipping back in original condition packaging. After inspection, we will remove the shipping cost from your total cost and then return back your money. For exchanges, the buyer is charged for the extra shipping costs.
