This Sunday, August 3rd at 8:30 PM, Santo Wines welcomes everyone to its winery in Pyrgos for the annual Vedema (harvest) celebration, an evening dedicated to the grape harvest and Santorini’s deep-rooted winemaking culture.
The program begins with a lively reenactment of the harvest, followed by a theatrical performance inspired by everyday life in old Santorini. Cultural associations from the island will take part with traditional dances, and the night will continue with live music by Vaggelis Konitopoulos and his orchestra, bringing the sounds of the Aegean to life.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy complimentary food and wine.
The event is open to the public and offers a rare opportunity to experience the island’s traditions in a setting filled with music, flavor, and community. Whether you live here or are visiting, this is a celebration worth being part of.
