Fly between Mykonos and Santorini direct this summer season
Aegean Airlines is further strengthening the interconnection of the Greek islands, announcing a new direct air route between Santorini and Mykonos for the summer of 2026. The connection, a new domestic route, comes to meet the increased demand for faster travel between two of the country’s most popular tourist destinations.
According to the schedule, the flights will take place from June 26 to August 28, twice a week, every Monday and Friday, with ATR-72 aircraft. The departure from Santorini to Mykonos is scheduled at 21:55 with arrival at 22:25, while the return flight from Mykonos departs at 22:55 and arrives in Santorini at 23:25.
The flight duration of 30 minutes, makes the new route particularly competitive compared to alternative travel options, significantly reducing travel time and facilitating island hopping in the Aegean.
In the same spirit of strengthening island connectivity, Aegean has launched direct flights from Heraklion to Santorini for this summer, further strengthening the network among the top tourist destinations.
