Fly from Istanbul to Santorini direct this summer season

The seasonal direct connection between Santorini and Istanbul for this year started this April. The 80-minute flights will be operated with Airbus A320 by Aegean Airlines. Until May, the flight will be available 3 times a week, every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, while from June until October 24th, twice, every Thursday and Saturday.

Aegean’s seasonal direct routes between Santorini and Istanbul, one of the most important air hubs in the world, began in 2025, strengthening the island’s connectivity and offering a connection to the steadily rising market of Turkey, as well as access from large and important markets in Asia and Australia. Last year, a total of 5,057 passengers arrived in Santorini on direct flights from Turkey.
