In collaboration with Oia Vineyart Gallery, the FEW collective presents the contemporary art exhibition “Submerged“.
The exhibition is inspired by the ambiguity of the concept of submersion in the contemporary world. The possibility of its meaning to correspond to a broad field of sometimes diverse interpretations, unwraps the core quests of the exhibition.
Each and every one of the artists approach the concept of submersion with their distinct personal style in a metaphorical and literal way, creating an artistic path that intersects with that of the topos (locus) of Santorini. Wandering through successive morphological changes and human interventions, to the conservation of memory and loss, SUBMERGED aims to open up a discourse rather than to define reality.
The exhibition opening will take place on August 1st at 21.00 at the gallery space of Oia Vineyart, in Oia.
