Acroterra Winery, located in Pyrgos, Santorini was established in 2017. It was the joint venture by Apostolos Thymiopoulos, the wine producer from Naoussa, and Spiros Chyssos, the young viticulturist & winemaker from Santorini. They released three Santorini labels under the Acroterra brand (Santorini, Assyrtiko, and Skafida).
