Akra Chryssos, is the new, endeavor by the young viticulturist & winemaker Spiros Chryssos, since 2019. Spiros, the fourth generation of viticulturists who grew up in the family vineyards with roots more than 200 years old in Pyrgos and Megalochori, is experimenting to capture the unique possibilities of the Santorini terroir.
