Wine maker’s notes

An expressive dry red wine from 100% Xinomavro grapes, with gentle oak influence and markable freshness. The wine opens with pure red fruit, subtle spice, and herbal nuances, framed by vibrant acidity and refined, well-integrated tannins. Aged for 12 months in old oak barrels, the wine gains complexity and texture while allowing the character of the variety to remain at the forefront, without overt oak influence. Designed for the table, this Xinomavro elevates grilled and roasted meats, rich pasta, mushrooms, and aged cheeses, turning
every pairing into a seamless and rewarding experience.
