The F is a creation of Fivos Papastratis, one of the youngest winemakers in Greece who is a student of the Department of Oenology and Beverage Technology of the Athens University of Technology.
The historic vineyards of Evia, inspired young and talented Foivos who spent there all his summers up to his teenagehood, to create a unique blend: An Assyrtiko, intense and emblematic and an aromatic Muscat, that offers a combination of a fresh, aromatic, crispy wine for young wine lovers or for all those that feel young. An unusual blend, fresh and youthful, with elegant acidity and exceptional aromatic profile. Pairing with fish and seafood, as well as a refreshing aperitif.
It is ideally paired with fresh salads, seafood pasta, Asian cuisine dishes, and white cheeses. Best served at 8–10 °C.
