Vintage: 2005
Varietal Composition: Assyrtico, Aidani, Athiri
Vinification Techniques: Grapes dry in the sun for almost 12 days with the result of sugar increase. Then classical white vinification takes place, with maturation in barrles for 60 months.
Organoleptic Characteristics: Complex aromas of citrus, honey and vanilla. Balanced taste with a pleasant accidity and aromatic aftertaste.
Ageing Potential: Up to 10 years in a bottle.
Serving Suggestions: Crème Brulee, Brownies, pecan pie with ice cream.
