Organoleptic Characteristics: Gold and blond colour, with the essence of citrus fruits, combined with good accidity and minerality.
Ageing Potential: Over 7 years.
Serving Suggestions: Smoked cheese, smoked salmon, fish, white meat with spicy dressings.
