Vinification: Very ripe grapes are sun-dried for 15 days and then fermented under controlled conditions. Aged in oak for less that 1 year
Tasting Notes: Deep honey color with hints of gold. A beautiful bouquet of dried figs, plum, and nuts together with caramel and vanilla notes on the palate. Delicate sweetness cut by a citrus rind that lingers on the finish.
Food Pairing: Serve at 8˚C, with nuts, fruitcake, fruit preserves, and chocolate morsels, or simply as an aperitif.
