Wine maker’s notes
White Vinification type. Over matured handpicked grapes were placed in a cold room overnight. Then destemmed grapes remained in skin contact for 12 hours. The must is fermented with indigenous yeasts at 18˚C. The wine is matured in oak barrels of different capacity for 12 months. Unfiltered Bottling. Grapes are harvested in the second half of August.
Yellow golden colour. Aromas of ripe stone fruits and lemon. Vibrant and full-bodied on the palate with a mineral aftertaste. Served at 12-14 ˚C, with shellfish dishes, meats in white sauce, as well as mature full fat cheese.
