Notes from the producer

Nykteri Reserve is made from Assyrtiko, Athiri, and Aidani that were fermented in oak barrels. The wine was matured for 9 months in barrels and for 3 months in the bottle. The aromas of oak, vanilla and citrus fruits are dominant. It has a strong body, spicy intense taste and long after taste. Best served at 12°C.
