This wine is the result of a collaboration between Paris Sigalas of Oeno P and Apostolos Mountrichas of Avantis Estate. It blends 55% Mavrotragano from the 2022 vintage, vinified and matured in amphora, with 45% Syrah from the 2022 Vintage, vinified and matured in oak. United in a winemaking ‘golden ratio’, the two varieties retain their individual character while giving rise to a wine of distinctive personality and high quality.
