Sourced from ancient pre-phylloxera vineyards in Episkopi, this blend of 80% Assyrtiko with Athiri and Aidani represents the absolute zenith of the family’s long-standing tradition. After the grapes were sun-dried for fourteen days, the wine began a nearly eight-decade journey, maturing in a combination of Russian, French, and Austrian oak barrels within the estate’s traditional canava. This patient, oxidative process -devoid of new wood- has sculpted a profile of incomparable depth and soul.

Holding the distinction of being the first Greek wine to receive a perfect 100-point score from Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate, it is a sensory dream that balances intense sweetness with a vibrant, defying freshness. The palate is treated to a sophisticated duality: a savory side of tobacco, cigar box, and baking chocolate, met by an ethereal floral lift of hibiscus and rose hip tea. It concludes with indulgent, nostalgic notes of baklava, baked phyllo, and sesame halva.
