Vinification Techniques: It stayed in Oak barrels from 1967 till now.The production was only 400 bottles.This is one of the most rare wines Santorini has to offer.
Organoleptic Characteristics: It is a wine with unusual and complex flavor. It has orange color forms, like the sunset, and as the weather passes it turns a dark bronze. The complexity is due to the beneficial effect of the sun of August, under which the grapes are left for about two weeks.
Ageing Potential: It can be long aged.
Serving Suggestions: It can be enjoyed as a dessert wine.
