Assyrtiko Canava Karamolegos is an exceptional single varietal dry white wine Protected Destination of Origin (PDO) crafted exclusively from the renowned Assyrtiko grape, cherished for its ability to produce high-quality premium wines. Our grapes are sourced from our traditional family vineyard in Megalochori, as well as select vineyards across Santorini, ensuring the utmost quality and authenticity. Fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks, this wine showcases a vibrant bouquet of citrus and ripe fruit aromas on the nose. On the palate, it exudes an intense character with a satisfyingly rich aftertaste. It is best served at 10-12°C.
