Canava Karamolegos Mavrotragano is a red native Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) variety of Santorini that has been cultivated since ancient times. It produces top quality red high grade wine with intense color and special aroma. The grapes come from selected vineyards on the island and mature in old Vinsanto French oak barrels. It is best served at 16-18°C.
